Refund Policy

All cancellations for reservations must be received in writing (fax or e-mail), addressed to İstanbul Apart.

In case you apply by e-mail, please make sure your e-mail message is received. In case of conflict our records will be held as accurate.

All refunds less bank expenses will be made in two weeks.

Full Refund

Full refund is subject to cancellations prior to three weeks (21 days) before reservation.

Partial Refund

In cancellations between three weeks (21 days) and one week (7 days) prior to reservation, three days fee is charged as a penalty for refunds and the remaining part of the payment is made in two weeks.

Late cancellation & No Show

In cancellations made one week (7 days) or less prior to reservation and in no show cases payments made are non refundable.
